RESERVATIONS
Reservations must be made by someone 18 years or older.
Anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Current ID needs to be presented at check in (eg Driver’s License, Passport or 18+ Card).
CARD PAYMENT POLICY
Reservations guaranteed with a valid credit card can be paid on departure, unless the rate offer states otherwise.
Please note – a 3% fee will be applied to payments made by credit or international debit card – there is no fee for payments by Eftpos.
Full payment is required on departure or as stated in the rate offer
SERVICES
Book direct and you will receive complimentary free WIFI.
Apartments will be serviced daily for short term stays or weekly for long term stays. There may be an additional charge for any extra servicing sought
POLICIES
NON SMOKING
Barclay Suites is a 100% non-smoking property, which includes balcony areas. If smoking occurs in a Suite, an additional $300 per Suite will be charged.
PARTIES & EXCESSIVE NOISE
To ensure an enjoyable stay for all our guests where reservations are sought with the intent of having a party or function will be not be accepted.
If plans for a party or function become apparent or occur or should excessive noise cause disturbance, then to ensure other guests have an enjoyable stay, immediate notification will be given that the party, function or loud noise is to cease immediately.
Should the party, function or noise continue, then all participating guests will be asked to vacate their Suite(s) and depart the property immediately. In these circumstances, there will be no refund of accommodation charges for the room.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Where bookings are cancelled within 24 hours of check there will be a cancellation fee of one nights accommodation.
We are happy to amend bookings within 48 hours of check in subject to the Terms & Conditions of that rate and room availability.
Where a guest does not turn up (ie the booking is not used) a fee of one night’s accommodation will be charged, for each Suite booked, to the credit card of the person who booked the Suite(s).
